The lighting is pretty good in those shots, beautiful shots i gotta say, i would have love to try diving and would have taken you up on your offer if i were there, but keep them pics coming if you have more thanks.

Those pics were taken at Koh Croc, the island just on the east side of Koh Larn. It is usually a drift dive along the island, but that day the current wasn't bad so we were able to go back and forth a bit.

I havent dived since my late teens or early twenties (so yeah yeah a fookin long time ago before you point it out). Back then i had a BSAC license but I think this is long since replaced by PADI etc. Can you ask your dive master how much for refresher, indeed perhaps a total fresh start would be good too.

 

How long does it take from novice to licensed?

btw, I did the Underwater World dive about 6 weeks ago. That was pretty cool.

I calling Simon to ask him how much the refresher course is. Off the top my head, I think it is 4k, same as a discover scuba. The full monty start to finished is 14k and 4 days.

spoke to Simon today, he recommends to do a Discover diving and see if it all clicks again because the "PADI refresher" will cost you almost as much as the course...

 

I am diving again tomorrow morning.
