Just one here I would like to share. I stayed here during December 2009 to Feb 2010 Panda Guest House & Tour Jomtien Soi 7.

 

A new place which has been built above the new 7/11 Jomtien Soi7 / 2nd Road. Nice clean rooms (brand New) with aircon and fan, cable tv, fridge, really good bed, cleaned daily, girl friendy. Only 6 mins to beach facing the markets and new Australian Bar.

 

I paid THB12000 per month high season so maybe less now.
