Hi. Are there any other Apple Mac users on here?

I have been a Mac user for 15 years and love them. My question is which browser do you use?

Went to the zoo today. Spent ages at the camel enclosure, looking at their toes. They look nothing like a fanny. Disappointing.

Sorry mate. It is a bit boring. This is my first ever venture onto a message board so give me a chance to find my feet please gents. I'll try harder next time. I promise

To be fair...it is in the Computers and Software forum, so what were you expecting ? I've used Firefox for a while on the PC and stuck with it on the Mac - I've got enough on my plate with the computer transition, I don't need browser dramas too !

No problem - I'm a MAC user myself and your "Apple" is the only "Apple" you'll come across in Thailand that'll be as useful in the morning as it was the night before!

But to satisfy the mix of Mac and Girls:

Safari seems to do everything I need.

Mac user for nearly 15 years now - complete fanboy too. Won't spend another nickel on a PC other than the one I use to check my programming with. Life's to short too be fucking about with your computer!

Oh yeah - edit: answer to your question. Safari mostly but I'm liking Chrome. FFox is a bit too old-school techie for me.

Mac user and proud. :-)

I'm always on the look out for Thai hotels with a big enough safe to get my Macbook into it (Secrets hotel is great for this, Tim Boutique - sadly, not so much). Anyway, to answer the question - Safari mostly, Firefox occasionally.

I decided to have a week of using FF, Safari and Google CHrome. They updated Google chrome a few days ago and there is a few few good extension for it. I find Google chrome to be the best. Safari can stick sometimes when you are trying to select a new webpage, firefox is slow and i do not need all the add ons it has. Google chrome is now my browser of choice because it is quick and simple and gives me no problems

Changed to Mac about 6 months ago, Macbook Pro 17in screen. I've tried firefox but 99% of the time I use Safari. I've not tried google chrome but may have to check it out.

I prefer to use Safari as well.

Unfortunately, some websites that you have to fill out 'forms' or other things don't seem to work properly when using Safari. In that case, I use Firefox.

firefox is what I use on the MAC, but I am still using IE on my Windows computers. I used Chrome for a little while, but I think they still have a few bugs to work out before it's really reliable and has all of the feature I am looking for.

Wondering - has anyone tried doing a Hackintosh on a netbook?

A client just offered me a Dell Mini 10 v Netbook and supposedly one can clean out Windows and install OS X 10.5 or 10.6 without much trouble. They're cheap - like €200 (mine's "mostly" free) but €200 for a mini Intel mac rocks!

It's a perfect solution for traveling; I get to keep the OS I want and do it for bijna-nothing! I should get the machine in the next week. If anyone's interested, I'll put together a thread on how to do it.

iMac 2.4GHz Duo Core. Twin Screens. Use mostly Safari 90%, Otherwise Firefox. Have not looked at Chrome and consider IE to close to the darkside.

I'll keep you informed. Bit of a shame that Dell takes 2 1/2 weeks to ship out an uncustomized box.
