Looking for room Jomtien/Naklua area up to 10k p/mth

Hi fellow Bms,

 

Wil be back in mid-june for long stay 6 mths maybe more.

 

Always prefered Jomtien/Naklua/Wongamat areas as bit nicer and quieter then central Pattaya ie; soi buakow etc..(must be gettin old) .

 

Lookin for good deal on condo/apartment nice quiet room around 40sq+ mtrs & up to max 10k p/mth

Has to have air/fans & inet access & decent furniture/kitchen

Cable tv/ dvd etc...

Swimming pool or nearby access to pool & beach not too far away

 

Guessing View Talay/Jomtien beach condos/Baan suan lalana seem to hav best deals unless you know otherwise???

 

I know Eric & Dancewatcher has some condos in Jomtien.

 

Any help /info much appreciated

Hmmmmmm are all rooms full come mid-June????

 

Cant believe theres no rooms/condos available when the dead season starts soon after Songkran???

 

As long as near pool for swim now and again that will do for me ok.

Rooms look nice but bit to small for long stay there???

 

May have to look at rooms min 40sq mtrs i guess around View Talay 2/5 etc....

 

Anyway not too far off now wil hav good look around there in Jomtien/Pratamnak areas now they hav finished the road off at last!!!
