Hi Paul (Thai visa express) not sure if you remember me... Alan Rogers from wrexham ... you sorted out a visa for my now wife rapeeporn (tom). just two things we are doing fine but on Dec 12 we applied for 2 yr settlement visa and received a conformation that the application has been sent to a case worker

Firstly when will the fee go out? As of now nothing has been taken out of my account its now 8 weeks!! and how long do they normally take to process FLR(m) Visa

 

Thanks again for your help last year, will need your help in the future for my new step daughter

Alan its generally up to 12 weeks seems strange the first thing the UK/BA do is take the fee.

 

Drop me an email on [email protected] as an OISC adviser il contact them on your behalf via email.

Ensure she passes the KOL requirement within 2 years Alan or she attends an ESOL course to gain ILR in the UK.

hi Paul one more question. please can you help , my wife has been offered a job, will she be able to work on her current visa or will she have to wait until she get`s her 2 year flr(m) visa ?

She will need to wait until this arrives then she may take employment and apply for an NI number.
