Great area in Drinking Street, with Pooltable, central DJ, outside area ....

 

The rent is 9000 Baht

Keymoney is 200.000 Baht (payed this month already)

 

You have just to move in.

It looks a great bar, I have never seen it.

Drinking St is always deserted when I go by.

I think most people would have a better use for their money

I know Drinking street pretty well .

DS is a very cool area away from the madness of WS.

Plenty of nice GG and Lbs..(i like both so that's perfect for me.)

Pool table in the middle and very cheap food available from the nearby restaurant(last week i had a khao phad kai and lap moo.this.a spicy pork salad, for 80 baht)

Sure the place is not busy like WS is but still a reasonable crowd every night.

It's up the top end of Second Road, right hand side just before you come to the roundabout.

 

I really like Drinking Street, I've had some good nights up here. I go because it's quiet and far away from Walking Street. Every reason I like it is exactly the reason why I wouldn't buy it.

Agree with this comment. I have been to that area several times and have never seen it anywhere near that busy. I doubt if you could recover your investment. There are simply too many bars in this whole area, not to mention too many bars in the Drinking St complex.
