2. I know that some of the Executive Residence condos were build in 2007/8. How old is your unit? (Was this a phase I or II)
   
3. Empty Shell or are you currently living/renting out???
   
4. Foreign ownership or TC?
   
5. Finally, do you have any photos from your unit?

I'm not looking to buy but this seems very cheap 24,000 baht per sqm. The area is a good one too. Anyone after a condo should check it out.

 

And no I don't know the owner.
