Any stayed there before? Its almost to good to be true, 700 baht each day for a month and with no joiner fee, free wi fi, 1 bedroom with living room. And they have vacant. At soi 14, quite near 2 nd road. There got to be something shitty about it.

 

Any response will be much appreciated

Stayed there 1 night a while back, I only moved out becauese of construction noise from nearby site,this may have stopped now, there is noise from Soi Diana beer bars at night at one side of the hotel

 

Location is great, rooms were basic, clean, For the money it was fine. (500b standard room wiyh balcony)

 

If I was you I would book it and if any noise is still going on just check out, they did not blnk an eye when i did it.

This place was not satisfactory after my taste. It was not clean. and a long narrow, dark street didnt make it any better. The Deluxe 1 bedroom, its actually the kithcen.

The wi fi cost 200 baht and was terribel. I left after 2 hour.

LK Renessance will be my permant place to stay from now on. Superb hotel and friendly staff.

And the manager Tong is the best.

stayed a fewe times always clean quiet cool some rooms a little awkwardly shaped but most ok cheap laundry available opposite local thai price restraunt in soi biggest problem is that you have to cross second road to change money shop at 7/11 eat at LEK breakfast or dinner buffet or sportsmans breakfast otherwise you will have to walk almost 200 yards on the same side of the road only problem is no pool and the mozzies can sometimes fly into the reception area. Avenue shopping centre is next door oneway and a large number of bars the other
