Car and Driver

any of you guys know a reliable decent car and driver for hire on a daily basis ? need to go on a visa run and pretty sure the mini buss type vehicles most if not all visa run places use arnt accessable to me and i could maybe make the trip into something more than a visa run with the GF tagging along

 

as a side note anyone been on a visa run to cambodia that can tell me if the buildings you need to go in and out of are wheelchair accessable or am i being stupid

 

i have read the forum to find answers but seems most of it is to do with taxis to the airport etc
