SeaBeach Guest House is a casual style. We have designed the modern home and also around the housing that you can fully rest to relax with us.

We can provide and recommend about the locations and services directly with the owner. We don't charge you anymore. And we are selling souvenir

of Koh Larn Island with the special Price.

Been on Koh larn many times. It's beauty, nice beaches and close to pattaya are great advantages for me to choose this island!

The rooms look very nice as the environment of your hotel. Too bad that you do not have a pool on your big garden between the rooms as this is always a big extra for me when choosing a hotel, even if there are beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood!

A good girl gives you happiness and a bad girl gives you experience both are essential in life so enjoy every girlfriend!

Why would you need a pool when you have some of the most beautiful beaches Pattaya has to offer right there on the island?

This guest house allowed pets to come here. But please contact us before you come and spacify pets. you can take downstair rooms or single house because we have garden. pets can play in garden. Please take care pets and safety when you stay here.

We have Bar-B-Q fresh seafood. For free Grill set service. You can order about fresh squid,fresh horse crab,fresh fish. The price are standard. fresh squid about 200 bath per 1 kg. etc.

 

Ferry. you can come the pattaya pier to Koh Larn pier 1 trip only 30 bath per person

 

Pattaya - Koh Larn Island.

7.00a.m., 10:00a.m, 12:00a.m, 2:00p.m., 3:30p.m., 5:00p.m., 6:30p.m.

 

Koh Larn - Pattaya.

6.30a.m., 7.30a.m., 9.30a.m., 12.00a.m., 2.00p.m., 5.00p.m., 18.00p.m.

 

you take time around 45 minutes. for 1 trip.

Koh Larn has 7-11 shop 24 hour. But the price are costly. You can buy goods at local people shop. near by Guest house. It is very cheaper than 7-11 shop.

It has many activities.

Example Sea walker,Fishing on the boat and you can grill seafood on the boat.

We give you standard or special price for all activities. If you find out activities. They charge you more.

Sea Beach does'nt charge joiner fees of that im certain as have stayed there many times with various ladies and has never been an issue! any more info you need you can PM me direct if you want!

Great island to go and have a look and lovely clean beaches unlike Pattaya which is a shame! :Circle_Sharks::ShitHappens1::)

If you come by your group or come regularly. We give you special offer for you.

Let you know, If you would like to stay at SeaBeach on Monday to Fryday is better.

If you come on Saturday to Sunday and long holiday in thai calender. Most of thai people come to Koh Larn and Maybe accommodation cannot enough.

For make sure you'd book the room in advance.
