Jasmine Hotel vs Greenview Hotel

I have narrowed my choices for my upcoming trip to Pattaya to the Jasmine hotel on Soi BJ and the Greenview hotel, behind Babydoll's.

 

Does anyone have and direct experience comparing these two hotels that can help me choose?

I've stayed at Jasmine many times because of the great location, and can park my motorcycle there. hotel is 4 years old, rooms are basic, no phone, and the hotel has no pool or elevator. Staff is friendly, sometimes I bring back 2 girls at a time, no problem. Rates anywhere from 450-800, depending on season. Try to get a room on the second floor, away from the in-house GoGo. I'd like to hear about the Greenview too.

Jasmine is very basic, but the top floor rooms are spacious with a nice view over the bay from the balcony. WIFI and 32'' or 40'' flat screen TV. But no elevator.

 

I used Greenview for about 30minutes a couple of yrs ago when I took a girl from Diamond Go-Go (the name of the hotel was different back then). The room we got was very basic, but if you

only need a place very close to the action for sleeping it will do the works.
