Students learn more about Dengue Fever.

 

 

Cases of Dengue Fever here in Thailand are on the increase which prompted this Tuesday Morniong meeting at Pattaya City Hall chaired by Khun Wirawat, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya and Khun Wanaporn, the Director of the Public Health Department. 250 students from each of Pattaya’s schools were invited to this one day seminar to explain the dangers of catching Dengue Fever and how to prevent yourself from contracting this potentially fatal disease which is transmitted to Humans though Mosquito bites. The students will now go back to their respective schools and pass on the knowledge gained in this seminar as Pattaya braces itself for the upcoming wet season months when the numbers of those contracting the disease dramatically increases.

That reminds me what ever happened to the "sex van" that parked down Soi 6. They should've made it more obvious that it was for sex education and not a mobile short time loom.
