Hotel comparable to LK Pavilion

I usually stay at LK Pavilion which is great, big room, 1200 Baht a night, friendly staff,would recommend to anyone. I am back in Feb and the TGF wants to stay nearer 2nd road, Walking Street etc as , like all Thai girls, she dont like walking, which incidentally I do.So,anyone recommend a hotel nearer for same/less money with rooms which are as nice. Need car parking as well as she has car.Staying a month but will not be in Pattaya all that time, probably a week at a time.Any suggestions gratefully received.

Fire - have you found any other alternative? I just looked at the Pavilion and am thinking of trying them out for a week or so. Large rooms, seems to be quiet at night, and easy access to baht buses. Also next to Tonys Gym, which is a plus.

 

I just moved from a place in Soi Buokao, and I believe getting there by baht bus is far worse, as most head up straight to 3rd road.

 

The only other place I could think of would be Summer Springs hotel, on Soi 1. Quiet also, and their cheapest rooms is 1200 baht, breakfast not included though.

 

Pattaya is booming, so if you have no reservation, you be running around for a room to stay, as I have done upon arrival.

 

Ohh, Sabai Emperor in the same area on 2nd road has great rooms for 1250 special. Last time I checked, they were full.
