Fraser Resort Pattaya - One Bedroom Suite

 

Located next to the Royal Garden Mall on Beach Road

 

+ves: Nice sized room, the large shower area adjacent tot he bath was great

 

-ves: Location being up the side road next to Royal Garden sounds easy enough...try it at 5am after a night out...and no fecking taxi driver knows where it is either :(

The suite whilst a good size isn't worth the 3200THB (heavily discounted rate)

i actually went and had a look at the joint last month. i've had a gutfull of the grand and will be looking elsewhere next trip.

they need some joints like this on WS !.

why did you get the shits with the Grand? I was thinking of returning there next trip to the usual room as The Fraser is a waste of space / money

How girl friendly is the Fraser???? Do you think they would have an issue with multiple girls at once? I am going to email them but I wanted to get an opionion from a fellow BM.

no problems. I brought 2 back regularly. wasn't fortunate enough to find a third though

they take ID and return when the girl leaves.

Thanks. Sorry you were not fortunate to find a third......I actually took 4 one night but that is just one too many. Three is fun. I also like to play "1st to wake 1st to Fuck". The first girl that stirs in the morning gets the first daily bang. A couple of the girls knows this game pretty well so they like to kick the unsuspecting 3rd girl under the covers until she wakes so they can avoid the morning wood.

The fraser resort looks very nice. Also, I like the location. They are offering the Deluxe Courtyard for 2500 THB. Still looking for other hotels, but at the moment, fraser is top on my list.

I recently stayed in the Fraser resort in a 'deluxe room'. Overall I was impressed with the room and hotel in general. The best thing about the hotel is its location close to Walking Street. Never had any issues with joiners. Paid 1800/night;

I stayed in this type of room in December 2009-January 2010 and the rooms are very nice. The Fraser is very girl friendly and well located.

The only things that bothered me was that the walls are quite thin and you can hear noice from the corridors and such.

Also, the pool is very disapointing to a monger that previously had the pleasure of staying several times at the Marriott next door

But the price is something completely different at the Fraser. To call it a "Resort" however, is not quite accurate

I stayed there 3 days in september last year.

I realy like the location and it is a very quiet hotel near the action.

 

Rooms are not very big but very comfortable.

 

The bathroom is very bad as the water comes out on the floor as you shower, in many rooms.

I've experience that myself and read it on many reports. All the girls I brought in where upset about this (realy lot of water on the floor).

 

You could say it does not realy matters, but walking in water to go toilet all the time is not very pleasant.

I would not go back there just for this reason.

 

As 99% of hotels in Pattaya, the breakfast is just very poor.

 

Of course, you should always check on online reservation website as rates are always better than any discount they can offer at reception.

I agree the bathroom design is terrible !! Water goes everywhere and as the toilet is beside the shower it ends up wetting the floor in front of it. Really is very bad not just a small amount of water !!

 

Never made it up early enough to have breakfast....

If you can afford that kind of money, I would suggest you to check Areca Lodge, LKRenaissance, LKMetropole and of course August Suite.

This last one can seem a bit far away from the action, but it is so easy to take a Bahtbus from here, way and back Walking Street, that I would consider it in top location.

I stayed in this hotel for the majority of my 7 month holiday between July 2009 and April 2010 (I know that's more than 7 months but went back home for the 6 nations), I've only found the shower to be a problem in about 2 out of 10 rooms that I stayed in during this time, There are better hotels available for the price but I like the location of this hotel far more than the other hotels I've previously stayed in. I can't really comment too much on the breakfast as they don't serve it in the afternoon/evening when I get up.

I have stayed at frasers 4 times. Never had a problem with the bathrooms. I think the location and the hotel is great.

I have just booked a Deluxe room at the fraser for ten nights at the price of 22900 THB which I thought was really very good.
