The truth is that all sex practices can at least theoretically pass on any sexually transmitted infection, including HIV.

 

As mongerers we have to decide which practices carry a realistic risk of us contracting something nasty. Most bacterial infections can be cured quickly with modern anti-biotics. if these infections were the only real threat then I believe that condom use would decrease greatly. When I first started mongering in Thailand in the 80s I never wore a condom once in the three months I was there (the official statistics at the time were 7 people with AIDS in the whole of Thailand). I dont know what doc you are using Rooter, but the latest info on Gon. or even the Syf,,, is 2 grams of zythromax all at one time. Problem solved in 36 to 48 hours. There are others now also, Cipro at one gram all in one shot is also a recommendation. However, with Cipro, if I had any doubt, I would continue the 500 mg pills twice a day after the double dose until the scrip pack ( ten capsules ) is gone. Just to be safe....

Did that "one shot cure" and total waste of time ended up doing the course of anti-bio for about a week to get rid of it totally.Don't believe everything you read! There are some strains that are getting resistant. I always try the quick fix on my own. The 7 day fix is usually the Cipro, and I always take that also, after the 2 days of zythromax, since that also solves the Chlam problem if I get it. So I may have gotten that before also and never knew it.

 

I dont know which quick fix you tried, but just a couple of months ago, the recommendation on zythromax was 1 gram ( 2 of the 500 mg tabs ). Now they are saying 2 grams, which means buying two packs, and doing 4 of those buggers... man that gets my stomach going, so i always eat a good breakfast first.

 

I always worry about it because of the Chalm problems... it is pretty easy to catch from BBBJ's. And for us guys, it does not really cause too much problem, but once home, the wife gets really out of control when she has to ask how she got it !!!!!! So I just dont bring it home....
