Kamagra Gel and Aussie customs

Hi Guys

Need some advice about Kamagra Gel and getting it through Aussie custom's check..If you bring a box back and its only for personal use is there any hassle with it?

And do I put on the slip it's a food or medicine?

Medicines

You need to declare all drugs and medicines including prescription medications, alternative, herbal and traditional medicines, vitamin and mineral preparation formulas to Customs. Some products require a permit or quarantine clearance and/or a letter or prescription from your doctor describing your medication and medical condition.

 

if more than 100ml need to be in suitcase.........

 

lf you declare it the worst is they take it off you .........

In your response you say you can provide Kamagra Gel, cheaper than in Pattaya. I can buy a box of 50 in either Pattaya or Bangkok for around 2,000-2,400 Baht. Your web page price per box of 50 is 95 pounds sterling, which equates to roughly 5,000 Baht. How is this cheaper?

Last trip I took back two boxes, declared as medicines and they let me through after checking the boxes no problem !!

on another note. has anyone had their computer checked? I didnt have a computer, but I had a portable hard drive to store games, divx and photos on.. that was searched last time. they didnt seem to mind the odd occasional nude photos on the hard drive. has anyone brought more explicit home made movies back?

Bought back 150 gels last time to Perth ... Customs let me through didn't say a word or check them. Still had them in 3 boxes in my case. They were for friends that run a swingers joint here in Perth and so I will not think about bringing more back. I think better to post them back to myself. If they come they come ... if not well I loose a few bucks.

i was flying back to europe ,and i got stopped in france,took me aside checked threw my bag,and he went threw my computer,i had nothing on there ,they where really going at it to find some thing,then the other guy found 1 kamagra tablet,telling me this is illegal etc,all was ok packed my bags and went off,he did not even find the gels i had mixed with my condoms.

I go to Perth at the moment about every 5-6 weeks and know many of the customs people now .

 

If you do not declare them you are in trouble !

 

How ever if you bring in too many you are also in trouble !

 

Both can land you in court ,the law says that you may bring in a personal amount .If you cant prove that a doctor has said you need these it is not personal use !! How ever most officers will let a small amount slide without explaining any thing (remember you need a script to have these in Aust and to make it worse these are not cleared here as well ).

 

The stupid part is its up to the officer to make the call as to stop you or not .After asking i was told they will never do any thing to anyone with 1 box of 50 .Any more and the view is this is a comercial amount and will be treated that way.

 

So if you got 150 of them i would be shitting myself as the fine is high as is cost of legal help as well as being hassled every time you go out of aust from then on .

I've brought back small amounts of Xanax, Viagra and Oxycontin with no problem and by having some legit prescribed medicine and ticking the box avoids the 'Making a false desecration' fine. Having said that I wouldn't try getting in 150 tablets it would look very suspicious on the x-ray machine.

 

Oh and as far as the porn goes it has to be classifiable under Australian laws otherwise they confiscate it

on the government website you are allowed to take 3 Months supply, so in theory you can take 90 sachets so I bought 2 boxes over there, used 20 out of one box, declared them, no problems at Perth Airport.

Whats small amounts? Viagra and the like is ok, but I'd be careful bringing back stuff like Oxycontin, even small amounts.

Hi Highlander mate long time no see !

 

Be careful yes it says 90 days supply BUT without a doc giving you the ok to need 60 jellys in 90 days you are walking a very fine line .WHat they are talking about is 90 days worth all right ,but because you need a script in AUST for this stuff if asked you would have to show that a doctor has told you this is needed !! Without the Docs ok you are still breaking the law even with customs saying you can have 90 days worth (because it say stuff on script).

 

be careful guys and dont think because you have never been checked that you never will ,the cost of landing in court + problems that will follow forever more .Just be very careful.

I declare everything I take when I return back to Australia, simply because it all depends on the attitude of the customs person at the time. I once got held up over a small pocket knife in a first aid kit that I didn't declare. If they don’t like it then they will take it off you, if you don’t declare you are looking at a fine or worse.

 

Travelling internationally all the time I have learned to simply travel light and don’t bother with brining things in and out of countries because getting it wrong can be very costly regardless of what country you travel to.

Got pulled aside for a good search in Syd, they even opened up the toys I had bought my little sisters and took swabs of my wallet for drug testing

asked me if i was travelling alone, where i had been and why etc

 

They missed or ignored the 10 satchets (undeclared) but it was a tense few moments,

I brought back two boxes last trip and declared I had medicines.

The customs guy looked at them then asked me if he could have a couple to try.

Now I work at the airport (Perth), but not inside the arrivals hall.

Have seen the guy twice since and he assured me that they worked well and that

there is no problem bringing them in so long as the quantity could not be regarded as commercial.

He also said declare them everytime so no false statement on the arrivals card.

i brought back 3 boxes of the jelly kind last month

Bags went thru the scanners and everything all good.

 

Customs like to target guys who travel alone to and from thailand, especially

big muscular physiques !! They target this kind as they are looking for steroids.

 

If you come back with a few boxes and they go through the scanner you'll be fine.

But if they decide to open your bags you'll have a bit of explaining to do.

IIRC you now have to declare porn on your incoming card.

 

Better to park it on the web somewhere and download it when you are back home.

 

They can't successfully hassle you about something that you aren't trying to bring into the country, just make sure you securely delete it.

I agree with the advice to declare it as medicines - when I have been stopped at the airport they didn't didn't really mind because it had been declared. I think its a bit like dogs being able to sense the fear in people - customs can sense if you are uncertain about something when answering their questions.
