5th Dec - 19th Dec - Should I book in advance?

Hiya,

As the title says really - will be in pats from 5th-19th Dec - Should I book in advance to avoid disappointment or just show up and book for a few days at a time... ?

Part of me thinks this could be cool so maybe stay in some low key places except for the last 3 nights where I get 4 girls into the Presidential Suite :):)

Thanks!

Welcome Jojo,

Rooms are always available, so if you want to just show up, you can. I just don't like to be disappointed once I get there. My advice would be to book at least the first couple of nights so you have that set, then look around during the day once you get there to find accomodations for the rest of your trip. There are great deals on latestays.com Very good rates for last minute bookings.

Cheers

At this time of the year I would not bank on being able to 'book for a few days at time'. Xmas is always busy in Pattaya, you would not be the first falang to be seen wandering about in high season seeking accommodation. You won't find it 'cool' looking for a room in 35 degree heat.

Just book a few days as advised before ,I went in December once a few years back and ended up having to stay in Naklua for a couple of nights until I found a room in the Soi Diana area.

Yes it is a bummer trudging around with your bag in the heat( there a a lot better things to be doing in Pattaya).

We only have 1 room available for those dates and I am sure many more are the same so you will find a room but it may mean trudging around to find a descent one.
