Has anyone stayed or got any views on this hotel on soi 7?

stayed there a few times .. nice hotel with everything you need (good location, internet, balcony, swimming pool, nice breakfast) , reasonable price (1050/night superior room off-peak last time i stayed)

Okay hotel, relatively cheap, the top rooms got great sea views. Just one note to those inclined for experimentation: They don't allow LB's in the room!

Only small area round pool

sunloungers are only wooden so not great

some days rooms are cleaned early and maid

phones to see if you want room cleaned

Great location but can be noisy till bars

turn off music

Never managed to have breakfast but is included in price of room

Have stayed there twice and have booked again for January

Stayed there a few weeks ago, good hotel for the price. Only superior rooms have safes however, oh yeah get the room facing away from soi7 as its loud from the music across the street. If you don't plan on sleeping before 3 am then don't worry about it. Oh yeah don't barfine any girls form across the street as they will see every time you come in and out.

Stayed there for 5 nights in October and it was a clean, good value hotel, little bit noisy if you want a early night but you dont have many of them in Patts, would deffinately stay there again
