I know it's a bit far from the action for some people but the rates there are pretty good.

Has anyone been there? If so, what's it like?

 

I'm not too bothered about distance as I'll be on a bike most of the time and Pattaya is easy to get around in general anyway.

 

I'm interested in the usual things like value for money, joiner fees, etc...? Any info on what the place is like will be appreciated. It is fairly new and looks ok on the website.
