Rant time!!!

This really yanked my crank. The dual standard within the Aussie legal system is just fooking ludicrous!!

A 41 yo woman has drunken sex with 17yo and a 14 yo boys but she got a suspended sentence.

Details are here.

What a total and utter load of bollocks. Lets say it was a 41yo old bloke with who had experiences difficulties in his life who had sex with a 17yo and 14yo girl while drunk but he was remorseful later. He's get crucified, vilified and locked up for a fair amount of time. And rightly so. A paedo is a paedo no matter if they are man or woman and should be treated equally.

Male or Female a child is still a child. This female paedophile belongs in jail and on the sex offenders register.

From the article:

"Judge Howard Mason said he took the unusual step of wholly suspending the jail term for Jenny Lee Mitchell, 41, because of her tragic background of horrific abuse and alcohol dependency.

...

Judge Mason said Mitchell was brought up in a violent and abusive family and was often afraid to come home from school because she was being sexually abused."

Whatever one may think of Ms. Mitchells veracity, it is true that many (not all!) abused people will abuse others as well. That is maybe the most sad fact about abuse...

Hardliners will of course say: 'never mind, just put her ass in jail and lose the key!'

Men want to fuck many women. Women want to fuck the best provider. Only in the paysex scene both goals are met.

I don't share that opinion. My post was intended to show that the judge may not have been as stupid as may seem at first glance...

What is my opinion? That it is not wise to base one's judgment on one newspaper article. If you read the court's proceedings, you might form a totally different opinion.

And no, if somebody had been abused, it's not "OK" to abuse someone else. But it is wise to take that factor into account before passing judgment...

but the fact is a man with the same background would have been banged up and if he wasn't then there would be a media campaign launched by our femonazi sisters and because of the media pressure the DPP would launch an appeal for a harsher sentence

Hear Hear, I don't subscribe to the inferrence,"It happened to me, so I should be treated leaniently.

It happened to you, you know the misery, so you should be well aware of the consequence to your victim.

It pisses me off when you hear court pleadings about upbringing and bad childhoods.

All these offenders know they are doing the wrong thing, but don't give a fuck at the time.

So in my opinion if you do the crime, you better be prepared to Do the time.

and no remissions.
