Need condo to rent

Hi guys, Im looking for a room, apartment, condo to rent for 6 months, price 5k-10k bht per month. It has to be not to far, i.e not on the 'darkside'. My only requirements is that it has to have room with a sofa and small living area, belconey and parking space for my car.

Ive been pattaya many times but still havent found anywhere.

Good luck finding something with those requirements for 5-10K, you can maybe find something on 3rd road or Jomitien side
