Step 1: Download the Xlinksoft Video Converter 2009 and install it.

 

Step 2: Set output format and output folder.

 

Click "Output format" drop-down button to choose "Flash Video Format(*.SWF)" as your output format.

After choosing a profile, you can adjust parameters by clicking the "Setting" button.

 

Click "Browse" button to choose destination folder for saving your converted SWF files.

 

Step 3: Add video files.

Click "Add" button to load your video files.

 

Step 4: Start to convert any video to SWF.

Click "Start" button to start the conversion.

 

Step 5: Finish

Ok, done. Click "Open" button to open the output folder.

The one that i want to get my hands on is the one that takes all the commercial breaks out of a TV recording easily and quickly.

I often download a torrent to watch, within hours of it being broadcast, and its free of all breaks.

I dont think its done by careful use of the remote on the fly, so there must be a proggie out there that remeves them.

Before I go trudging of to get this, can you tell me if it will convert m2ts files as produced by a Sony HD cam?

I have Sony Vegas, but I can't get the damn thing to import - something about some add ons not activated or somat.

I tire easily these long hot days and I've got hours and hours of these (rather large) files to edit down to something sensible.

Will this do it or do you happen to know how I can make Vegas work?

However, Format Factory being a freebie, is well worth acquiring, and does convert a lot of formats!

 

Just pop your file in and try! Or maybe the web site will have more info?
