I don't know about it being a good price or not but I know quite a few people who have rented from here without any problems.

anyone got a site to browse new and used car prices in Thailand? just want to have an idea of how much are the cars there....I think foreign cars are very expensive there? heavy tax?

Second hand cars try http://www.bahtsold.com for new prices, just check out the main car makers sites most have one in thailand.

www.one2car.com is not a bad place to start. Don't let the Thai script put you off, just use the search box on the right hand side. All the makes and models are in English, and once you get the search results its pretty easy to make out the prices.
