Looking for Condos to rent in pattaya

Hi Folks I have been thailand/pattaya around 15 times now and I normally stay in a hotel but staying for a month at a time it works out to expensive.

So for the first time I am looking to rent a condo for the month, it must be in and around 2nd road and beach road as I like to be close to the action lol.

So any ideas where to look or anyone got one to rent from the 22nd jan for the month.

Must be modern and big with all mod cons.

Dont mind spending upto 50 or 60,000 thb for a months rent.

Any ideas welcome please.

I got a one bedroom in South Pattaya at the base of Buddha Hill, its a few steps from the action, but its New and won't cost you half that. Hyde Park Residence.

I forgot to add it must have two bedrooms and two bathrooms as it for two of us sharing and he is refusing to share bathroom lol.

And when I put 50,000 to 60, 000 I ment each, so we dont mind paying over 100,000 thb for the month.

Staying a month in a hotel too expensive and than you want to pay 50-60K/pp for a month in a condo?? For 50 or 60K you have a NICE hotel and you and your friend will have a seperate bed and bathroom as well. :GoldenSmile1::rolleyes:

Well it depends what hotel you are staying in, Amari nova were I normally stay want 68k plus electric costs for the month, per suite. So I just thought that if we could get a nice condo or something for around the same price or a bit cheaper, I would rather my own place.

Everyone has got there own budget what they can or what they want to spend.

I would rather have a nice pad, than some sh1t hole. IMO I work hard enough through out the year so I like to stay in nice places when I am on holiday.

I have been looking for similar ideas.

This website http://dancewatchers.com/ seems to have good list of condos for rent, a couple reviews of this lady sounded good, she seems to know her business.

I have not yet done business with them so I can't say for sure, no first hand info. There are many links to other services we tourists might be interested in.

I am a repeat customer of Dancewatchers and they have great places and are top notch to deal with. Highly recommended.
