Personally I wouldn't download that software and run it.

 

I don't want to be unfriendly mate, and if i'm wrong i'll stick up a groveling appology in lights.

 

But thats a lot of program files from companies i've not heard of before.

I'm sure they all do what they say on the tin, but they could also carry adware or worse.
