Nong Apartments

Thinking about staying here in December, anybody stayed at this place to give me some PROS and CONS, i noticed on there site they boost high speed internet( at a price of course)..

looked at the website...........20,000 baht a month (including internet) and no swimming pool.....seems a tad pricey

Stayed here for a week, from what i read from some of the post on this board and others in the past i doubt this is for everbody, but i liked it. yes they do charge for internet in room, BUT they have a nice lounge area where wireless is free and they have a pc and tv you have 24 hour access to it, the staff is very polite(even the parrott that whistles at you every time you come in), as i mentioned i only stayed a week but depending on my reasons for staying longer i would stay here if i preferred to be in the walking st area or away from the noise, but as i said i'm sure this is not for everyone.. from what i gathered from the owner he gets a lot of miltary and business guys who are on a "working vacation and need that fast reliable internet" the location is iff sio Yansabi ( i know i killed that name) which is loud at night but once you turn off that sio to Nong you do not here anything right no swimming pool, just a place to sit and catch a tan. they have a cart across the street that makes good pork and rice which i have taken back to the coffee shop in Nong to eat and just chill with no one trying to sell me a cheap watch or movie. well thats all i have to say about Nong, i had a nice stay so i been meaning to right a report about them so there it is.
