For those looking for a place a little off from the bar noise, I would suggest this place, the rooms are nice for a cheap price, I stayed in the 500b a night room on the 3rd fl but since I stayed 7 days it was only 3000b, the top floor (4th floor) has a nice balcony with chairs and tables to chill and have a cig and beer and the free wireless internet is very fast, the pics on the site is very accurate. I’m a light sleeper so it was nice not hearing 3am bar noises when I trying to get some sleep, the baht bus runs often up and down south pattaya rd so no problem getting to the bars, the manager Jeff lives in the building and is easily approachable if you have concerns. This place is added to my short list of places to chill in Pattaya. I’m sure its not for everyone but works for me

Thanks for the post, I just sent them an email for mid Nov. to Dec. It looks nice enough on the web page and I always rent a motorbike while I'm there so the location shouldn't be a problem. Do you remember the rates for water/electric?

No i only stayed 7 days so the water/elect rate didnt apply to me

 

nuffsaid, yes your right they have the thai style bathrooms, shower next to the toilet. but for that rate i managed.
