Long term stay in Pattaya

I'm looking for a room/apartment/condo in Pattaya for a long term stay - thinking of a 6 month lease. My conditions:

 

1. Must be in Pattaya - not Jomtien or Naklua, or half way to either

2. Preferably on the beach side of 3rd rd, definitely West of Sukhumvit

3. Internet access is a must

 

I'm planning to use it as a base of operations whilst travelling around the region, so I'm looking for somewhere that's cheap when I'm not actually living in it, but comfortable enough to stay in when I'm there for a month or so at a time - something with a low monthly rate (10000 or less) but with additional charges for cleaning, electric etc would therefore be suitable.

 

Any recommendations that fit these criteria?

I would recommend mosaic luxery appartments but I think you have to go up to 12000 during high season But it got everything you want so

Cheers - I got a nice enough room just up the road from R-Con for 6000 a month + internet (500) + utilities. Cleaning is kind of expensive though (300 baht per time!), but does include fresh linen/towels. Happy enough with it so far.

these are probably the best apartments i can find at that price range , how close to the action are they though
