Bella Villa Prima Hotel

 

On my most recent visit to Pattaya I decided to stay at the Bella Villa Prima Hotel for 5 days. Located on Soi 4 off of Pattaya Second road, it’s just a short walk to Beach Road from the Hotel. What I like about the Hotel is the location far enough away from the action giving it a quite, relaxing stay, but only a quick Bath Bus ride to Walking Street. Most of the board members here would prefer to stay right in the middle of the action so I decided to write this review for the few who do not like the constant noise of the evening.

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful the Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Free Wireless Internet, with in room safe, small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven and dishes. Overall a nice stay will book again if the rates keep competitive. I paid $1172 bath for a double booking through Agoda.

I stay there all the time. It's always clean. You got a good rate because it is normally 1400-1600 baht. You can bring back company but it's not the place for guys that want to party loud.

Its one of the few places that is busy all year round because they have contracts with alot of the big construction companies in Laem Chabang and Sattahip.

Its clean, in a good location, has free wireless internet and car parking.

Great hotel, we put our company’s technicians from overseas there when they come to visit. Hotel staff are always friendly, rooms are clean and prices are competitive – in-room internet can be a little washy depending on where your room is in the hotel due to the wireless setup but you can always take your laptop down to the pool or other public areas if you are in desperate need.

Look great. I stayed at Hotel Vista a few weeks ago, and I love the area as well.

 

I am in the process of booking my accom fr Dec / Jan trip and I thnk this is now top of the tree..

Because a lot of the hotel residents are actually working in Thailand, most days the pool is dead quiet.

I have been emailing Bella to check a few things as well as price.

You can have more than one guest overnight with no charge.

Your guest is entitled to the 2nd breakfast and can use the pool at no extra cost.

If you have more than one guest its an extra 200bht for breakfast.

 

I am going to try and get the price down once I get some reply's from the other hotels I've emailed.

Yeah they want me to email them my credit card details to confirm my booking. I don't really like this idea.

 

What if I didn't have a credit card? I wonder if they would still accept the booking!

Probably not, think this hotel renowned for overbookings so reservations without a card would be first to lose there rooms i would of thought. Did u manage to haggle a decent price?

I'm paying 1,400THB for a standard room facing pool, including breakfast for two.

 

I think thats reasonable for the type of hotel and facilities. You could probably get a lower price if you were a regular.

Yeah, I think that's a fair enough price.. especially if it's in high season.

 

I like the area so might give the hotel a try out.
