Gym near Summer Spring hotel Soi 1

Staying at Summer Spring in December and just started at a gym in UK. So now looking for a gym (not run by an local mafia with an Italian sounding name) or hotel with a gym I can join for 2 weeks.

 

When I stayed at the Mercure saw the WOW in the Avenue but wasnt bothered then so never had a look. Was possibly looking for something nearer but if WOW best option then fine by me.

 

Any recommendations

You can join the FIT gym in the Dusit Resort right at the turnaround. It has everything. It's old school classy. It may be pricey but it does have the best view, tennis courts, the best swimming pool and you can relax on their private beach. They sometimes have promotions but i think it runs about 50 pound a month for membership. Nothing is as cheap as Tony's

The A1 Cruise has a gym. Not hard core, but does have freeweights and machines.

A1 Cruise is just south of the Summer Spring.

Markland Condo right opposite Summer Spring advertises fitness centre, don't know what that comprises, you could just pop in and have a look around,would imagine open to non residents for a charge.

Does anybody know how much for a casual visit to WOW or Tony's gym is ?

I know Tony's was 200 baht a day back in march.
