need hotel recommendation

I'm looking for a hotel which is:

a. quite close to beach road and Walking Street (walking distance from both)

b. upscale room (not run down - clean , nice and modern with a good modern bed and shower)

c. up to 2500 baht per night (3000 extreme max)

d. no joiner fee

e. nice view is a plus... but not a deal breaker

f. prefer not a family hotel - I plan to bring friends over for the night

 

Any ideas?

nova platinum 5 min walk from Walking Street new hotel rooms are a bit small,no noise from road deluxe room has veiw of pool stayed there a few times there is no joiner fee
