Displaying ready to click telephone numbers on webpage?

Just started using skype and am trying to find out how to display ready to click telephone numbers on a webpage? In other words, say i have [ut a search on to google for "hotels london" and i get a list of hotels showing on the screen, i have to copy and paste the numbers to skype, on a mates computer i have seen that if he does the same search all the telephone numbers appear in a different format and all he does is click on the number. I am no computer genius if anything i'm a bit of a dinasour, but like to keep up with things. All help with this greatly appreciated.

I think if you simply reinstall Skype again making sure to select the toolbar option.
