no mate not finished yet.

but this is pattaya the construction around here never stops,its always somewhere there are building something.

No still going Now about 85% finished however once this is completed another will start for sure

I stayed in both leKatai and street side room in The Place to Bee (which was excellent)over New Years and didn't hear a thing.
