Condos

When u buy a condo, Does the place u buy the condo out clean your condo every now and again?

 

If u rent it out does the people/place u buy the condo from handle the transaction for you?

Does the place u buy the condo from keep your keys for people coming to rent your condo when your not using it?

 

Just thinking about buying one and renting it out... Is it worth it? How many people do it?

These issues can be dealt with either the real estate agent or the condo's office. I think the condo's own office would be more convenient, because I have read about numerous scams with real estate agents.
