In July, I stayed at Sabai Inn in Soi 2 next to Welkom. Well not exactly as Welkom had been demolished and is being rebuilt. I'm not sure about the bar in Soi 3.

The bar and ST rooms are still in operation as is the outdoor restaurant = good thai food there

I have to agree the bar is beyond expectations, BJ university I call it.

 

However, their hotel services are totally opposite of that. There was only one girl who was friendly enough to help you out and give you a smile, all others seemed very unhappy to work in this place. After more than one week without internet in my room, and informing staff and the owner on a friendly manner multiple times, they just didn't care. So I checked out early, and they asked me very surprised WHYYYY??

halfway down soi 3 on the righthand side coming from 2nd road,dont know what the prices for st are,used to be about 700,5 for the girl 2 for the bar

I've heard they specialize in threesomes, so may be a cheap charlie alternative to Hell Club.

Yes its still there. They have renovated the inside bar area and toilets.

Its a great place. 300b for the ST rooms and lovely girlies.

The farang food is also suprisingly good.Mmmm the Calezone Pizzapie is wonderful.

Maybe pay it a visit next week, now I think about it!

It is a very special place, very relaxing, the girls are friendly.

 

I've stayed there two times, but the hotel is pretty old. But i guess thats why they are building a new one.

 

It is a short time bar, but you can get some of them to go LT.

You can have a right laugh in the welcome in .Well worth a visit,its a bit like Soi 6 if you time it right there is a few half decent girls working in there.

As of January, construction on new building was slowly underway. I stayed at old hotel twice for a few days and loved it. Place was old but looked like something you would expect in an exotic locale. Good food, close to beach and Big C. Great staff working in the bar.

The nicest rooms are the one's that were torn down.

 

VIP Room 1 is interesting because it overlooks the beergarden, but in general there is much better value elsewhere.

 

The "Belgian Embassy" is an interesting bar though.

it was still there last week, my favourite day time location in Pattaya, usually about 20 FL in there i usually pay 7-800 for the girl for 1 hour and 300 for the room, minimum 2 shags. great place. plenty of car parking off soi 2. tends to go a bit quite after 5-6 pm but early afternoon great place.

hotel is open, not been closed recently but building work behind.

Anyone seen Ying at the Welcome Inn recently?

 

Last time I was there I was told she no longer worked there. This might have been just to get me to go with someone else, so - just checking.

 

Would appreciate it if anyone has seen her in the last month or so to let me know.
