New Attach Files - Broken?

I tried attaching some pics just now and saw that the "Attach" controls had changed (now with 2 "browse" boxes, etc).

 

But the new format appears broken (at least using IE7):

1. When browsing files, can no longer select multiple files (with CTRL or SHIFT)

2. When click "Attach this file", nothing happens

 

Strangely, I see the "Attachments" controls below for this thread is back to the old "click to attach files", working format.

 

But when I check back to the problem thread #38048 "Your Personal Favorite", I still see the new format that doesn't work.

I'm having the same problem and it's driving me NUTS

We're looking into it. Sometimes, when you post pictures they don't show up until later (sometimes hours, I don't know why)so it might be worth waiting. I know that this is far from ideal and we are investigating the issue(s).
