Hello again!

 

The house is now rented out but they are not moving in until the beginning of November so if anyone want to rent it short term for September and October or part of that period let me know.

 

If you take it for September and October I'm ok with the same deal as above, 35.000 baht/month including gardening and maintenance fees.

 

Shorter periods can be discussed but between 10.000 and 20.000 per week depending on number of weeks and what you want included in the price (cleaning, laundry etc).
