Youtube Videos - New Way To Embed

I've added the code below using full editor with "Enable HTML" checked. Now the video shows up and plays but there's lots and lots of white space above and below the video which is annoying. Anything that can be changed to the code to adjust this? Also like this the video automatically starts playing which people might find even more annoying!

Working on other site like this and the same format, but there seems to be a technical issues here.
