I am trying to find out the names of hotels that have been built within the last 2 years.

 

Location....The Soi Boukouaw or Central Pattaya or South Pattaya or 2nd road areas.

 

Price Range... 1500 baht or less per night.

 

Time frame..... arriving the first week of August.

Try the Villa Panalee,just off Soi Bukhoaw,opened Dec 2007,virtually new,all modern flat tv etc,big rooms,large fridge,GF,nice staff,breakfast not much but for around 1,ooobaht a night you can't go wrong.I've stayed there a few times,if it was closer to the action no doubt it would be twice the rate.If your really lucky you may get the sideshow of the gay staff having a tiff while serving breakfast,superb life theatre,ha,ha.Also free internet in reception
