Second Ashes Test First Day...

England stand at 364-6

 

Anyone see it? I thought we would be in for a huge score for once but apart from Strauss and Cook the rest of the top order thought they were playing rounders again.... Hugely disappointed. 195-0 I thought we would be up for getting 650-700 the rate the runs were coming. Now I think 450 will be a good score if we are lucky though Stuart Broad can bat so we will see.

 

On the whole the days play was very entertaining I thought.

 

Rain forecast for tomorrow... Then we will prob chuck pies for 2 days at Australia and have to bat all day again to save it...can't belive Harmison wasn't picked.

Only occassionally and virtually via cricinfo.com, and "watching" may be a bit of a stretch since it is a ball-by-ball text description.
