Flight Travel Sickness

My GF gets sick travelling, what drugs do you recommend to prevent flying travel sickness?

 

please don't say rohypnol lol

Dramamine and Bonine are the most common meds for motion sickness.

 

They will probably make her very drowsy though, long after the flight. But with a Thai lady, sleeping is their second most natural state

 

I'm not a big fan of prescription meds.

You probably all ready know this, but...

 

Motion sickness is mostly caused by the inner ears , our main tool for balance and orientation, sense of motion not corresponding with the bodies lack of sense of motion. Get her a window seat and have look out the window constantly to help orient the both of them.
