yep my Thai GF is from Buriram too. I just love the exotic look the dark skin , the dark hair & eyes!!!!

 

Even better, I went there on my last trip (Nov 2010) and I see Everton FC posters everywhere. Now, I'm an Aussie and I have followed Everton in the EPL for years!! (long story, but started following them to piss my brother off who started following Liverpool when Craig Johnstone the Aussie started playing there)

 

It turns out Buriram are a sister club to Everton and they had come out in the off season and conducted clinic's etc.... Football seems to be pretty big in Thailand.

 

I thought how good is this, the Thai girl l Like comes from a town in the middle of Thailand that has a connection to the team I follow in the English Premier League. Tried to go to a local game while I was there, but it turns out her Dad got the dates mixed up and it never eventuated.

 

It seems to me I was meant to meet this girl, maybee I'm reading too much into it, I don't know!!!!

 

One thing I can say, not many farang in Buriram and totally different to the Pattaya experience. It was good though a bit of a chill out, hang with the relo's, go see Budha on the hill. go to the markets, stock up on food and then get the girl to cook some fantastic Thai food for me each night.

 

I enjoyed it, but it is not for everyone!!!

My ex TG is from Buriram from Packham village been there 3 times , fantastic experience, love those buriram girls with their darker skin and DSL ..
