Condoms – some recommendations

Let me start by saying that I absolutely hate condoms. Some say that fucking with a condom is like eating at chocolate without taking of the paper. Yes, they reduce some of the pleasure of having sex.

 

On the other hand, condoms used correctly gives close to 100 % protection against HIV and Hep C. All other STD is in my opinion nothing to bee afraid of.

 

Based on this I always use condoms when I am in LOS, but each must make his own decision.

 

Over the years I have tried a lot of different brands, to find the best ones when it comes to pleasure/feeling and safety. The following is some of the experiences I have had so far. The photos and some of the information I use, are taken from different online shops and from former post on this and other boards.

 

What is available in Pattaya?

 

 

Most of the condoms for sale in Pattaya is too small or/and of poor quality. The only one I have found that has dissent quality is the Durex comfort. It is available pretty much everywhere (7-11, Familymart). In the picture it’s the one marked big size, witch means normal US/Euro size (54mm). They are a little more expensive than other condoms for sale in Pattaya (about 80 baht for at 3 pack)

These are pretty much the same product made by Okamoto.

 

 

In my opinion these are one of the best latex condoms on the marked when it comes to pleasure/feeling and safety.

Crown on the other hand is more safe and are bigger.

 

 

 

Sagami Original 0.02 is the thinnest condom in the world, made of Polyurethane witch transfers heat and are 3 time stronger in pressure test and 2 times stronger in tensile strength test compared with latex condom.

 

 

 

When it comes to STD/HIV protection, they are supposed to bee just as effective as latex as long as they doesn’t break. I have used about 200 Sagamis and never had ha break. Used with proper lubricant they should be pretty safe.

The Sagami original large size is in my opinion by far the best condom on the marked today when it comes to pleasure/feeling and safety. The only drawback is the price. They are more expensive than latex, but in my opinion they are worth it.

Used Durex Elite on my recent trip; they were pretty good, never had one break. Bought in bulk in the UK. Durex Play lube worked well for anal too.

Seconded re: the Elites. I tend to bulk buy in the UK and take a supply with me. I was warned about the quality and comfort of the local ones. Only used Beyond Seven once - given to me by a BG - and I took it off (Japanese size and was too tight.) Will try the Crown and Sagami ones next time.....

A word of warning on the Sagami large

 

Maybe it is due to what they are made of but i have a hell of a lot of trouble getting them on, not much better than a normal size condom IMO

I don't know what the brand was, but it was some Thai brand that came in blue or pink foils. Steer clear of them, 3 out of the 4 ones I used broke on me. My favorite are Crown by far, plus the girls seem to like the pink hue.

a word of caution on the Crown skins. when i was with a bg on Soi 6 in the ST room. she got her period while fucking but i did not notice it because of the pink color and the red light that illuminate the room. i found out when the condom kept rolling up and it felt tacky so i turned on the regular light and blood was all over. so be careful. i just bought a bunch of beyond seven because there blue and made by the same company
