You are better of staing at the Jomtien Boathouse on the entrance of Jomtien soi 8. Cheaper rooms, closer to the beach and no joiners fee.

You're better off sleeping on the beach then staying at Chang Charlie. The beach has less rats! The place is a hole. Put some friends up there by mistake a few months ago. Extremely rude Thai staff. Place is overun with lowlife Russians on budget tours. Give it a miss.

Cheers for that, i will give it a wide berth as Im not fussed on rats or russians!
