Hi-Low Gamblers detained by Pattaya Police.

 

Just after 5am on Wednesday, Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutum from Pattaya Police Station received a tip-off that gambling events were taking place in front of a Boy Bar in Soi Pattayaland 1 and in Soi Vira, both in South Pattaya. Police began with the Boy Bar and caught 8 men and 1 woman playing “Hi-Low” for money and in the second location 6 men and 1 woman were also caught playing “Hi-Low” for money and were subsequently arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station. Cash, dice and game-boards were confiscated and taken into evidence. The suspected gamblers were charged and released later in the morning.
