milk is everywhere at 7-11. Some is sour and some is sweet so just ask.

Cheese is a different story. It is expensive in the supermarket, sometimes 300 baht for a little block.

Guys....there is a new place in Soi Diana Inn "all you can eat".......sorry but i can't remember the name now(is next to a hotel there)....."All you can eat,99 Baht" sign is out of this place.......

Everyday they have a different menu(for example:Monday is the seafood menu,Tuesday is the Pizza menu, etc, etc)

When i ate there was the BBQ menu....you go sit in a table and in the table there are some paper notes that write the food(chicken,pork,salad,etc.....)......with your pen,you mark the food you want(YOU CAN MARK THEM ALL,if you want)......the waitress come and take this note and start serving you........if you want more, you mark te food in a NEW NOTE.......you can do this,as many times you want!!!

But there is a little trap now.........The Drinks.......when you order something you want to eat,YOU MUST HAVE also and 1 drink(water,beer,soda,coca-cola......anything you want)....but this drink IS NOT in the Price of 99 Baht!!!

So,automatically you pay........let's say you have water(tha is the Cheapest drink) that costs 30 Baht......99+30=129 baht

so the label "All you can eat,99 Baht" IS NOT RIGHT!!!!The right one is "All you can eat,129 Baht"

it is clear that if you have a 2nd drink, your bill is higher!!!

Sorry but i have no photos...next time

I didn't know there was a Benihana there. Its one of my favorite restaurants. That price is a little steep but I'll hit it once on my next trip. Where exactly is the Shabushi place? And I agree Chuckrivera... you are a helluva a restaurant reviewer! :GoldenSmile1:

If you don't mind spending a little more for better quqlity, there's the Friday Seafood Buffet at the Montien,

Sunday Champagne Brunch at Casa Pascal, or Sunday Carvery at Shennigans.

It depends a lot on what kind of food you want, or if your willing to cook it yourself. I kind of prefer the Thai BBQ buffets. They have a massive selection of meat, seafood, and veggies. Always a fun place to go with friends or take a TG, and very affordable.

As to the milk and cheeses over here, yeah the selection isn't the greatest on cheeses. Its expensive as someone had stated, and with the exception of Foodland, you will really only find pre-packed stuff like the kraft slices. Milk, not too keen on here, as it just doesn't taste the same here. Too many companies flavoring the milk, or milk alternatives.

Suggest you avoid this place. I went on their pizza night, I can honestly say they were the blandest pizzas I have had the misfortune to eat. I thought I'd give them another chance so went again on their kebab night. Very disappointing, nearly cold kebabs with little taste that I suspect had been cooked an hour or two earlier.

I ate there this month. The sign really attracts you "99 Baht" "All you can eat"!!!

I stayed right door at the LK Renaissance, so I visited this place pretty frequently.

The most I paid for a meal was probably THB 300. Not bad at all. Where I come from....you are lucky to get a

decent meal for THB 500.

Agreed, I didn't fly around the planet to eat farang food, certainly not in ALL YOU CAN EAT portions. Go with the Thai BBQ instead! Bring a TG with you and you are all set, she'll do everything for you!

This restaurant, Dine For 99 is a 2 minute walk from where I'm staying. I've eaten here 3 times in the past month. The previous post is correct, my bill was 134 baht each time. 99 baht for the meal + 35 baht for the drink = 134 baht. The first time I think it was a Thursday and I was starving so stopped in for the Lasagna night. Maybe because I was so damn hungry the beef lasagna was decent (especially for the price). The 2nd time it was Pizza night (the owner is from New York City) so I was looking forward to it. It hands down was the worst pizza I have ever tried in my life. The know this is Thailand but the cheese was absolutely terrible. I gave it one more try since my gf said she wanted to eat Spaghetti and they happened to have it on Monday. It was actually pretty good (Although again my stomach could of tricked me and anything would of been good since I've only been eating once a day and it was about 19:00). I had Penne Bolognese with meatballs and my gf had spaghetti bolognese.

I was in "Dine for 99" last week, I thought the spag bog was ok but like another poster said, I dont fly half way around the globe to fill my face on westernisd food, much prefer thai cusine...

that said, they were also doing an american breakfast menu untill 2pm and I did enjoy that a couple of times..If on a buget you can eat breakfast at 2pm and that'll get you though the untill the following day! did for me a couple of times...

I was a few times in Soi Bua Kao. Walking north after Siam Sawasdee on left hand side, close to the Billboard wall (a few steps down the street leading to second road). Always seen Thai people eating there as opposed to the restaurant located directly on Soi Bua Kao.

Menu only available in Thai, so bring someone to translate.
