It looks very nice. What's the location onn 3rd road ? Is it on the baht bus route? Is it easy to get transportation to after 10 pm at night?

Is the area well lite? Do they have a web site? What facilites do they have on site?

Doe sit have in room safes ? Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for interesting. The price is based on Pattaya travel season. It might change but I am not sure. You can choose the day that you want to clean. 1 time per week or 2 weeks. For laundry shop, we do not have in the building but the laundry company will take all to clean. Or you can send to the laudry shop near to us. 70 pcs/500 bath only.

 

 

By the way, we have no facilities like you said but our building is easy access. It's up to your life style. Somebody likes to live in the center of pattaya, and go to shopping in the neaby hypermarket. Or somebody goes to in the factory area and want to stay in the place that make them feel more different from their office.

^ Sorry, some of your extra charges are ridiculous no matter the time of year. There's really no point in offering cheap rooms if you're just going to rip people off on the extras.

Electricity (THB 8 per unit)

Water supply (THB 28 per unit)

Room cleaning + All laundry (THB 450 - 800 per time)

All Laundry include towels (THB 250 - 500 per time)

Laundry towel per item (THB 50 per time)

Laundry Bed Sheet only (THB 200 - 400 per time)

 

I think all would agree that those charges are excessive. So whilst the room might offer reasonable value once you factor in the additional charges it is not worth it all. Room cleaning 3 times a week at an average B625 a time adds an extra 7.5k on to your monthly bill.

 

I urge you to reconsider your pricing of additional charges or I doubt you'd get many people interested from this forum atleast if not everywhere else.

 

For the price after the additional charges, you can get a much better place in a more central location.

I might have read it wrong but i thought all those charges were optional except for the water and electricity?

 

Can you confirm the room cleaning and laundering of my towels and bed linen is optional and i can do it myself?

I think if you use the laundry that is close for 70 pieces at 500bt that seems quite reasonable

 

some of the other costs are quite high, normally on monthly rates you get the room cleaned twice a week minimum and any more then you pay

 

8bt electricity is not the worst in town although there is about 4.75bt profit per unit, somewhere closer to 5/6bt a unit would make sense. water costs are no real issue as it would be hard to spend 150bt a month

 

In these times of no customers in town it would make sense for them to do deals to get it filled up but TIT so we will see

This place IMHO is vastly overpriced for the 3rd area! Laundry prices are just a rip-off many places around Soi Buckaou/Lkmetro/Diana are offering 90 pieces at same price! Rooms do not look very large and the 8baht electric is havin a laff! Most places will not even charge for water.

You need to get real and consider that your particular accomodation type market is very competetive and for LESS money one can get places like the R-Con with better equiped rooms and facilities +elevator in an excellent location compared with yours!

I would be interested in how much you charge your Thai customers (if any) for I'm certain no-way would they pay these rates. Good luck I think you'll need it as this low season is sure to be terrible and those places that offer FAIR prices will survive, I hope you have deep pockets as I cannot see much success for you with the farang market,drop your prices by about %30/40 and i'm sure interest will be heightened.

i m considering to stay here for a week in oct .

do i have to keep a deposit?

im not concerned with laundry swimming pool etc. just a good room with a microwave,fridge utilities etc.

and most important guest friendly for 2 BGs. and must have security to keep id cards

any hidden cost as cleaning or check out fees etc?
