Hi just wondered Ive been offered a Honda Wave 125 semi auto, with book. Its 3 years old 29000 km on the clock and the guy wants 8000 baht for it.

He has to move back next week? Good deal anyone?

As long as you know what to expect............ you'll love it!!!!

Sounds like a great deal if the bike is in reasonable order. If you don't buy it perhaps you could pass his details on to me.

Semi Autos go for between 6 and 10 K at auction, if it was a clean one with good book. the price seems about right

Nothing in particular, Waves are fairly well made. Just check everything, make sure it rides straight, damage to handlebar ends/brake lever will indicate it's been dropped/crashed. Check lights, indicators & electric start (if it has it). Spin the wheels make sure they are running fairly true. B8,000 is a good price for the bike so you can't expect everything to be perfect.

Well pretty much all you said above, apart form the wheels actually running true was correct....Guess sometimes if it sounds too good then it generally is!!!

Thanks for your help,,,am still on the look out for a good bike auto or semi????
