Car repair!

Does anyone knows a good place where I can repair couple of scratches on the bumper?

And how much it normally costs? I think there is a need to paint a little as well

sorry it might not help now, but why you are not insured, it costs almost nothing (unless you have a little music in it, as in my car) and I have my car fixed for free every time a motorbike has scratches it.
