hi has anyone out there stopped at the baywalk residence lately or know any info on there price structure for the rooms , i have read they do a big discount for monthly stays but don,t quote it on there website, i was gonna just turn up from the airport and do a deal on arrival as i have heard pattaya is quiet at the moment.

I pay 1500 bahts on the end of april for the large superior room with a nice balcony. Actually they say 1850 bahts on there website for same room and 1320 bahts with atsiam agency. Fraser, next door is about 2000 bahts trough some travel agency.
